Tagara's strategic move into the CBD
The challenge of high rise construction, cranes, traffic management, small building sites and very tight constraints has not stopped Tagara becoming one of the busiest builders in Adelaide's CBD. Working on some of South Australia's highest exposure building sites has opened up even more new doors for our company. We are now being approached directly by owners and developers looking to conduct design and construct building projects in our CBD. Tagara has recently been short listed on a multi-level project on Morphett Street and yet another on Gilles Street is now in the pipeline.
This new market adds another string to our bow of expertise. Our strengths in traditionally horizontal projects in Hospitality, Education, Medical and Aged Care Facilities, is now fully complemented by a solid portfolio of very large and successful vertically oriented projects. Our Federal Safety Accreditation has further assisted us on these high rise projects. The sheer density and number of personnel on tight sites forces us to strictly adhere to our WH&S systems and procedures.
Our strategic move into Adelaide's CBD also allows our younger Project Managers and Contract Administrators to gain experience in multi-level projects. With generation X and Y always hungry for a new challenge, Tagara is able to retain both our experienced and our young and talented staff members by consistently offering diverse and rewarding work related opportunities to all of them.
